Activity-Start indicates the total construction value of projects whose construction started in the given period. Output indicates the amount spent on construction in the given period.

In Q3 2022, the total value of started projects shrank by more than 20% at current price compared to Q3 2021. With this, total Activity Start of the last 4 quarters has been falling for two quarters. Although output continues to expand at current prices, most of the increase is thanks to the price changes. At constant price, the increase has been smaller and smaller since the beginning of the year, and in the third quarter it was only 3% annually. Detailed data can be found in the full report.
