Activity-Start indicates the total construction value of projects whose construction started in the given period. Output indicates the amount spent on construction in the given period.

Activity-Start in Q2 2023 also fell compared to the same period of 2022. Thus, the value of construction works started in the last 4 quarters has been continuously decreasing since the peak measured in mid-2022. Output has been expanding in the meantime. Although now only at current price, the volume of Output shrank in the first half of the year. A large completion peak is expected by the end of the year, and partly because of this, the trend of Output has not become worse. Detailed data can be found in the full report.
